We shoot on full-frame cameras with tilt-shift-capable wide lenses to keep verticals straight, not a phone's ultra-wide lens which distorts room edges. Every interior is bracketed at multiple exposures and blended in post, so window light and interior shadows are both correctly exposed, the difference between a listing photo that looks professional and one that looks like a snapshot.
Before we arrive: clear kitchen counters and bathroom surfaces, open curtains for natural light, switch on all interior lights even during the day, and park cars away from the building frontage.
