Do I need special equipment or technical skills?

How much does a 360° virtual tour cost in Mumbai?

Most homes and small offices are priced between ₹12,000 and ₹35,000 depending on the package, with larger 3+ BHK and luxury properties quoted per room. Every package includes capture, hosting and a shareable link. Share your floor area for an exact same day quote.
Are there ongoing or hosting fees?

Our standard model is a one time project cost with hosting included for a fixed period, no compulsory monthly subscription. You can extend hosting afterwards for a separate one time fee if you need it.
Is there a discount for builders or multiple units?

Yes. Builders and agencies capturing several flats, sample homes or offices get project or volume pricing instead of the standard per unit rate. Tell us how many units for a tailored rate.
How does Prime VR Tour pricing compare to Matterport?

Matterport is a subscription platform priced in USD with proprietary camera hardware. Prime VR Tour is a one time, India priced project. We bring our own equipment, capture, host and support it, with no recurring subscription.

The shoot and delivery
How long does it take to shoot and deliver a virtual tour?

Most apartments and offices are captured in a single on site shoot, scheduled after a quick property survey. We typically deliver the finished, hosted tour within 2 to 4 working days, confirmed upfront in your quote.
How should I prepare my property before the shoot?

Declutter every surface, deep clean, turn on every light and remove personal or sensitive items. Our full pre-shoot checklist covers every room in detail.
Can you add floor plans, hotspots and day and night mode?

Yes. Tours can include interactive floor plans with location markers, clickable navigation hotspots between rooms, info points for finishes and dimensions, and a day and night comparison slider on our Signature package.
